Welcome to ElectRicky ("the Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or using ElectRicky you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use ElectRicky for personal or commercial use within your business. The license covers unlimited devices owned or operated by you or your business.
ElectRicky is a visual design and planning aid only. It is not a substitute for a licensed electrician, marine surveyor, or qualified engineer. All electrical installations must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional and must comply with applicable codes (NEC, CEC, ABYC, ISO, or other regional standards).
The author makes no warranty, express or implied, that calculations, wire sizing recommendations, or fuse ratings provided by the Software are accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose. You assume all risk for any installation built using diagrams produced by ElectRicky.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase through Gumroad. Refunds are issued at the author's discretion. After 7 days, all sales are final.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, fire, electrical damage, or personal injury resulting from installations designed using the Software.
Lifetime license holders receive all future updates to ElectRicky for the lifetime of the product. The author reserves the right to discontinue the Software with reasonable notice; lifetime license holders will retain access to the last released version.
ElectRicky runs entirely in your web browser. Your diagrams are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to any server. The author does not collect, store, or process any personal or diagram data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
